I’m feeling writerly euphoric this week (if more than a little shattered) because
over the past couple of months I’ve …
* Set up this new website / blog. I’m still finding my way around it, but I’m getting there.
* Edited/ proof read all my Kindle books to within an inch of their lives and republished them. I still can’t quite believe I have EIGHT up there now – TEN items including my new Book Bundles.
It’s a sad fact that no matter how many times you do this you always seem to find some previously overlooked mistake, which is horrendous given how important it is to give readers a pristinely professional product. They are paying good money for these books after all.
I’m feeling particularly chuffed with my new my Loveday Ross crime series, set in Cornwall. The first, A Cornish Revenge, is a full-length novel, the two others, A Cornish Kidnapping and A Cornish Vengeance, are shorter novellas.
Thanks to the talents of my brilliant son, all my books now have gorgeous new covers, with my own distinctive brand throughout.
And now on to the promotional stuff, which for me is probably the most intimidating of all. So I’ll be blogging and twittering like a demented budgie, and concentrating on new ways of contacting ‘my readers’
And just to celebrate all this I’m offering one of my Kindle books, Fire in the Blood, for a free download for three days – Sat April 13th – Mon 15th.
I really enjoyed writing this one, so please feel free to download it.
Happy reading everyone!
